45 minute sessions focused on training that uses trx, weights, bodyweight and other modalities to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. these classes are geared towards any fitness level

sessions run monday, wednesday and friday at 7am,5pm and 6pm
and saturday mornings at 8am

SESSIONS are CAPPEd at 10 PEOPLE
