GROUP traininG classes
45 minute sessions focused on training that uses trx, weights, bodyweight and other modalities to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. these classes are geared towards any fitness level
sessions run monday, wednesday and friday at 6am, 7am, 930am, 5pm and 6pm
and saturday mornings at 8am AND 9am
SESSIONS are CAPPEd at 10 PEOPLE
for EVERYONES SAFETY participants will
choose a class time they can attend on a regular basis monday, wednesday and friday
cost is $130.00+hst per month (ON A 6 MONTH COMMITMENT) and includes a 3 month 24 hour gym membership
