GROUP traininG classes

45 minute sessions focused on training that uses trx, weights, bodyweight and other modalities to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. these classes are geared towards any fitness level

sessions run monday, wednesday and friday at 6am, 7am, 930am, 5pm and 6pm
and saturday mornings at 8am AND 9am 

SESSIONS are CAPPEd at 10 PEOPLE


for EVERYONES SAFETY participants will
choose a class time they can attend on a regular basis monday, wednesday and friday

cost is $130.00+hst per month (ON A 6 MONTH COMMITMENT) and includes a 3 month 24 hour gym membership

28 day foundation program

this program is designed to create consistency and habits focused on 4 key areas:

sleep
hydration
nutrition/digestion
stress

along with access to unlimited group training sessions you will get access to our app to help track, support and guide you to improve in all of these areas as well as one of our coaches.

cost is $199 + HST
this program must be completed before starting a 12 week transformation



 

12 week transformation

this program is one on one program designed to help you create long lasting goals and help you achieve them

with the 12 week transformation you will have access to:
unlimited group training sessions 
weekly coaching calls 
daily support/accountability 

with a focus on:

proper nutrition
proper supplementation
focus on the 4 key areas
(sleep, hydration, digestion and stress)

cost is $250 + HST/month
this program must be completed before starting a 12 week transformation
