OUR 60 MINUTE SESSIONS ARE FUN, CHALLENGING AND RESULTS DRIVEN. EACH SESSION IS CUSTOMIZED TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS, ABILITY AND MOST IMPORTANT GOALS. 

 

THE WORKOUTS FOCUS ON MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE USING SUSPENSION TRAINING (TRX), WEIGHTS AND BODYWEIGHT.
